Our providers share on-call responsibilities. To contact the on-call nurse midwife or physician provider for urgent or emergent concerns, When contacting the on-call provider, it is very important to know the phone number of a pharmacy near your home (if after hours, it may need to be the nearest 24 hour pharmacy). If your phone is equipped with caller ID please set your phone to accept blocked calls when you are expecting a call from us after hours. To accept blocked calls push *87 on your phone. |

If you need emergency assistance, please call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room or Labor and Delivery. |

Prescription renewals: |
Please contact your pharmacy for prescription refills within 2-3 days of your medication expiring. Your pharmacy will contact us during office hours Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM for approval. If you are calling after office hours to request a refill from the provider on call, please have your pharmacy phone number available. Narcotic prescriptions will not be filled after hours or on weekends. |

Mt Hood Women's health welcomes new patient referrals. To facilitate finding an appointment for your patient please fill out our Physician Office Referral form and fax it to our office at 503-661-3430. Your patient will be contacted within 24-48 hours to schedule an appointment. For a more urgent matter please call our office to speak with the physician on call. |
